The Form Puller Tool
System consists of durable hand tools and the
most effective methods to
use them. While the tools are very effective in helping
to remove the forms, implementation of the "FPT
System" is the
thing that will have the biggest impact on your bottom line.
Because of the reach and capability of the tools on this
page, you are able to perform your stripping operation in a
different manner, and it's this change in methodology that will
allow you to reduce your overall stripping time by up to 50% or
more. That's HUGE! Go to the "FPT
System" page for an example of
how you can increase production and profits by
implementing the "System" while using our tools.
Free Demonstration! Go to our "Distributors" page to find a distributor near you
who can provide you with a free, no obligation demonstration of our
tools. If there isn't a distributor near you, call or email us
with the name and phone number of your form or material supplier and
we'll arrange a demonstration for you through

3" Fulcrum
end
overall length-
50" 2"
fulcrum end
Form Puller I is designed
to aid in the removal of 1-1/8" plywood forms.
This tool allows you to safely strip walls up to 12'
high while standing on the footing or sub-grade. No more
having to use a ladder or climb on top of the wall to remove
your forms!
Here's how it works-
The side with the 2"
fulcrum tube is used to remove the first form during the
stripping process. Start by attaching the tool
to the highest or lowest (if it's a stacked
form) stud on the form, use the stud that the
latch was hooked to. When the tool is properly
attached, the 2" fulcrum will be pressing against
the back of the form next to the one you are trying to
remove. Apply pressure to the far end of the
handle. This action will start to pull the form away from
the wall. Once the form has started to move away from the
wall, you can either change the angle of the tool so that the
fulcrum tube is now pressing against the steel bar on the back
of the form, or, flip the tool over and use the 3" fulcrum
end. This will allow the tool to pull the form
farther away from the wall. Continue by working your
way up or down the form, stud by stud, until the form can be
removed. Once the first form is removed, use the end with
the 3" fulcrum tube to remove the rest of the forms from
the wall, (note that you'll now be pressing the
3" fulcrum against the face of the
wall). For your safety,
the head at the opposite end from the end that is being
used acts as a knuckle guard. However, we advise that you wear
gloves while using this tool.
Our field tests
have proven that this tool can decrease your stripping time
by 50-75%! In addition, you'll extend the life of your
forms because you no longer need to gouge the
sides or pry against the face of them.
We recommend buying two of
these tools for each crew so that you can strip both sides of
the wall at the same time. You'll also need one of our Form
Popper I tools for removing inside corners and the forms closest to
them. And, if you stack your panels, you'll want to buy our
Form Puller II because it allows you to more safely remove
elevated forms while standing on planking. These three
tools work together as a system (FPT System)
and allow you to maximize your production while extending the life
of your forms and increasing the safety of you and your
crew.
Form Puller II (International patent pending)

You'll want to add this tool to your arsenal because it
will help you to more quickly and SAFELY remove
elevated 1-1/8" plywood forms while standing on planking.
Unlike our Form Puller I tool, which you operate by pushing on the
handle while facing the wall, this tool is designed so that you can
remove elevated forms by pushing on the handle while your back
is against the wall. This keeps you in a much safer
position while standing on planking to remove forms. It
is a great compliment to our Form Puller I because it can be
used on the upper forms while another crew member is using Form
Puller I on the forms that are resting on the footing.
Add a Form Popper I for removing inside corners and you have a trio
of tools that will significantly reduce the amount of time it takes
to strip a wall, all while extending the life of your
forms.

This 10 pound slide hammer is designed to quickly and
easily remove inside corners and the forms to the
left of them. Here's how it works-
Use Form Puller I to remove
the forms to the right of the inside corner, then use Form Popper I
to remove the form to the left of the inside
corner. Here's how to do it.... The slot in the head of
Form Popper I slides over an upper stud on the
form to the left of the inside corner. Once it's
attached, you position the slide hammer weight as close to the
form as possible, then, using both hands, you pull the weight away
from the form. When the weight hits the stop on the
shaft it "pops" the form free from the wall. If
necessary, move the tool to the next stud down and repeat the
process until the form is removed. Then snap the ties on the
left side of the inside corner. Now attach the Form Popper I
to an upper stud on the corner and "pop" the corner off of the
wall. The corner is removed in a few
seconds!! No more hammering and
denting your inside corners to get them off the
wall!

Form Puller III prying form past
the ties
Form Puller III
is designed to aid in the removal of steel frame
plywood face forms while extending the life of the face of the
form. It's used once the first two forms have been removed
from the wall using our Form Popper II or II-L tool (see
below). Simply slide the tip of Form Puller III into an
upper slot in the side of the frame and then push the
handle toward the wall. This action pulls the top of
the form away from the face of the wall quickly and
easily. Then move down to a slot in the middle of
the frame to further free up the form, and then move down to a
slot near the bottom of the form to complete the removal
process. Using this tool is much better and
easier than using a pry bar and hammer to remove your
forms. Place your order today so you can immediately increase
your production and stop ruining the face of your forms.
You'll want to consider buying the two tools below, as
well. Read on to find out why.

These are slide hammer type tools
that have a rugged head designed to be used for
stripping steel frame plywood face forms and inside
corners. We all know that removing the inside corners and
the first form on inside walls is a challenge for all
contractors who use this type of form. So we've invented the
tools to make the process much faster, easier and
safer. Our Form Popper
II tool removes forms and corners up to 6' tall
(whether they are on the footing or
stacked/elevated), while the Form Popper II-L tool allows you
to strip 8' high forms while standing on the footing or
sub-grade. No more climbing on top of walls to
remove forms and inside corners! Once the first two forms are
removed with either of these tools, you then use our Form Puller III
to remove the rest of the forms on that wall. When you
get to the inside corners you use your Form Popper to
quickly remove them. These three tools used as a
system make stripping your forms much simpler.
And, because you no longer need to pry against the face of the
forms to remove them, the life of your form is greatly
increased. The tools pay for themselves quickly because of the
increased production they provide and because they make your forms
last longer!! Use of these tools will
immediately increase your production and
profits.

These are also slide hammer type
tools that come with a head designed to be used for
stripping Symons, Western, Durand and other brands
of aluminum forms. Form Popper III is used on short
forms, and Form Popper III-L is used for removing 8'-9' forms while
standing on the footing or sub-grade. The stud on the head
simply goes into the hole in the frame of the
form. The shock created by this tool "pops" the form
free from the wall. It's a big help in removing the first
form on an inside wall and when working in tight spaces.

Form Popper
IV
Form Popper V
These slide hammer style
tools are designed for removing Gates and
other plywood style concrete forms up to 1-1/8" thick, and
can also be used to remove inside corners. Use Form Popper IV
on 8' forms and inside corners because of its long handle and
angled head. Use Form Popper V on 6' and shorter forms,
it's a shorter tool with a straight head. The head simply
slides on to the top edge of the form, then all you do is
slide the weight on the tool away from the wall until it hits
the stop on the shaft of the tool. The shock created
by Form Popper IV & V easily removes the form
from the wall, often in one or two pulls,
and without damaging the plywood. Best of all,
you'll be able to strip your forms while standing on the
footing. No more climbing on top of the wall or working off of
a ladder!
Form Puller IV (International patent pending) This tool is designed for removing Arch-Crete
architectural forms quickly and easily without damaging the
wall. Form Puller IV is especially effective
in pulling the first form off the wall, and can
then be used to remove the remaining forms on
the wall. Form Puller IV is part of a four tool system
for stripping Arch-Crete forms. If you own these forms
these tools are a must!
Read on.
Form Popper VI &
VII (International patents pending) Those of you who
use the Arch-Crete architectural forming system know that it
is sometimes difficult to strip the forms because the
bottom of the form gets hung up on the wall. Well, our
Form Popper VII is the solution to that problem! Simply
attach the tool to the bottom of the form and pull the slide
weight toward you. The bottom of the form is quickly and
easily pulled away from the wall. No more struggling to remove
the form, Form Popper VII gets it done in
seconds!

Form Popper VII
Form Popper VI is
designed for pulling the center ties out of the wall. It can
be used before or after the forms have been removed, and is
most effective when the wall is still green. If you don't
normally remove these ties, now you have the option to do so.
If removing them isn't important to you, then use it to remove ties
that spin in the wall when you try to snap the end off. Simply
slide the head of the tool over the end of the tie and pull the
slide weight toward you, the shock created by the tool quickly pulls
the tie out of the wall.
 Form
Popper VI
Form Folder I (International patent pending) Here's
the fourth tool in our line for removing Arch-Crete architectural
forms. Form Folder I is designed for removing those difficult
to remove inside corners. This ratchet strap style tool
"folds" the form by pulling the sides towards each other. Once
the form is folded sufficiently by using the appropriate number of
straps (anywhere from 1-3 straps, depending on the texture of the
form) it easily comes out of the corner. We've removed a River
Rock pattern inside corner in two minutes. How long
does it take you? You NEED this
tool! ________________________________________
